D’expresso: A tropical-inspired cafe in QC

Are you tired of the usual “milk tea and takoyaki” dates? How about let’s have some “coffee and ramen” date? G!?

We found this newly opened coffee shop in Quezon City. It’s an alfresco coffee shop, which is a plus for us since we’re still hesitant to dine-in nowadays.

This is actually their second branch already. Their first branch is located in Marikina, and it’s only good for takeout.

What we liked about their cafe, aside from the beach-vibe design, was their menu! All of our favorite comfort food are here.

COFFEE

They serve coffee and teas and have a wide variety of drinks and you can have it in hot or cold, depending on your preference.

We got their best-selling drinks, which are the Spanish Latte and Caramel Macchiato. We liked them both but the Spanish Latte is the winner for us!

RAMEN

A little trivia: Did you know that ramen is one of our comfort food? And yes, they also serve ramen here. We can now have two of our favorite food, coffee and ramen, in just one sitting! So thankful that D’expresso did this!

For the ramen, we got their Tonkotsu and Black Garlic. The soup was creamy and flavorful. The noodles were not soggy and very affordable for its taste! The Tonkotsu was our favorite! 🙂

PASTRIES

Of course, a cafe will not be complete without pastries! Another trivia: D’expresso cafe has its own bakery (and it will be opening soon), so all of their pastries are hand-made by them.

We tried their Ciabatta Ham and it’s definitely our favorite! It was freshly baked and the spread was very tasty!
