Rest T-House: Your newest glamping site with a twist in Cavinti, Laguna

rest t-house

Cavinti Laguna has more to offer! After the success of the BLOC Campsite and Farm T-House, Tiny-Houses gave birth to yet another aesthetic structure in Cavinti Laguna.

This new attraction is called the Rest T-House. A product of good architecture that is composed of multi-leveled rooms with dipping pools. One is higher than the other from front rooms to rear rooms for visitors to appreciate and enjoy the beauty of Sierra Lake.

Each room has its own dipping pool. A good breather from the usual Airbnb set-up. Complete with sofa bed, an aircon (by request), electric fan, comfort room, and kitchen. Surely you will not be lacking in amenities. Since Rest T-House has multi-leveled rooms, some rooms are loft type and perfect for a group of 4 persons at most.

They also have a griller located at the bottom of each room, so you can bring food without a corkage fee! Plus, you don’t have to worry about breakfast meals since they have their own menu for breakfast!

They also set up a bonfire at exactly 8 PM. A nice ambiance to talk and laugh with friends, family, and loved ones while drinking beer and enjoying the night sky and the calm vibe of the place.

Inside this mini village sits perfectly the Bloc Bistro Bar, where live bands perform and do different activities such as darts, chess, billiards, and table tennis. But as of the moment, it is only available for reservation and soon they plan to open it for every walk-in guest.

The check-in time is 3 PM and the check-out time is 11 AM. You can also ask for assistance if you want to go to BLOC Campsite since Rest T-House and BLOC Campsite are near to each other. This place is highly recommended if you want to unwind, breathe fresh air, and enjoy a vivid new look at the glamping experience here in Cavinti, Laguna!

Watch our vlog here:

HOW TO GET THERE?

VIA PRIVATE TRANSPORT

Just simply search “Bloc Campsite” on Google Maps and Waze.

VIA PUBLIC TRANSPORT

From Manila, you may take a ride at HM Transport bus terminal located in EDSA at the back of Mang Inasal or Monte De Piedad St. or with LLI bus terminal in PITX bound to Sta Cruz, Laguna. When you arrived in Sta. Cruz bus terminal, ride a tricycle going to Cavinti terminal, their landmark is Puregold Bayan. This is a much better option than waiting for jeepneys going to Cavinti in front of the bus terminal because the jeepneys are always full. At Cavinti jeepney terminal, ask the driver to drop you off at Brgy. Bukal. Once you arrived at Brgy. Bukal, ride a tricycle going to BLOC Campsite, surely a long trip but worth every ride!

PLACE

This place is truly a gem! You will experience nature and adventure in one. The place is really big. Actually, I didn’t have enough time to explore the whole area because we lacked out of time. Daytour problems hehe. Upon entering the place, one of the staff will accommodate you immediately and will assists you all throughout your stay. When we went there, some of the facilities we’re still under construction like the floating pool.

For the accommodation, they have:

  • Glass Villa
  • Glass Tree House

  • Regular Glamping
  • Glamping with a Twist

PS: Glamping with a twist area is a bit isolated to the main area of the resort. But don’t worry, one of the staff will leave his/her number for you to reach him/her in case you need further assistance.

PRICE AND SERVICE

As I inquire, it took me days before I got a reply from them. After confirming my booking, they required us to deposit 50% of the package we got to their account to secure our reservation.

For the rates, I was quite surprised with their pricing scheme because for a Daytour package (11 hours), it’s really expensive. But we still decided to give it a try and we’re happy that we did. It was worth it.

Services offered:

  • Accommodation
  • Team building
  • Prenup
  • Debut celebration
  • Water and land activities

PS: We availed the Glamping with a Twist Daytour (7:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
