Delgado, Quezon City, Geonbae Modern Korean Bar and Grill is a Korean restaurant that offers a wide range of diverse Korean food along with their samgyupsal package for the price of 599 PHP only.

From premium meat that includes pork and beef, marinated or just with the pinch of salt and pepper, bibimbap, galbi-jjim (which is a must-try), different side dishes, to a wagyu plate, truly a different approach to what we are used to seeing in a Korean grill restaurant, all that they serve on their table is on par with other flagships.

The food they offer is one of the best among other samgyupsal we’ve tasted. Plus, they have a unique way of ordering the food here in Geonbae. Upon entrance, they will give you a receipt with a QR code. First, you need to connect to their wifi. Next, scan the QR code in the receipt. From there, you will see their menu and you can click what do you want to order. NOTE: Only 10 meals per set.

Other than what’s on the menu, they can also boast of an aesthetically good place that has a VIP room for big groups and an alfresco for those who want to eat outside.

Luckily, we found a new restaurant offers NOT ONLY unlimited samgyupsal but there’s HOTPOT…plus BUFFET! WOW!!!

ABOUT SODAM RESTAURANT

Sodam Restaurant is the number 1 buffet restaurant in San Juan and also one of the popular Korean BBQ restaurant in the Metro. They leveled up their game by adding more dishes that will make their customers more happy.

I liked the ambiance inside the restaurant. You can move freely plus there’s a second floor so they can accommodate more people. They can accommodate up to 120 people inside the restaurant.

Aside from the unlimited samgyupsal, they add hotpot plus…BUFFET! Yay.

For the buffet, you can have unlimited Japchae, Maki, Korean fried chicken, salad, and more. My personal favorite were the California Maki and Korean fried chicken.

For the samgyupsal, the meat they used are from US. The owner told us that the meat in the States are the best among the rest and she was right. The thin cuts of meats made our cooking easier!

And the highlight of our dining experience, the HOTPOT! The first thing that caught my attention was there’s a stall with lots of Jin Ramen packs. In case you didn’t know, me and my boyfriend are a big fan of ramen. We’re so happy when we saw these inside! We tried the spicy and we really loved it!

It comes with egg and sliced fish cakes. There’s also seasonings inside the ramen pack. The spicy flavor was really not that spicy. I suggest you guys to try it!

Also, I found a new combination food that the owner told us to try. Samgyupsal and ramen is really a good combination! Put some cooked meat in your ramen and viola! Thank me later, guys! You really have to explore sometimes.

Worry about the price? Don’t be because they offer affordable promos especially on weekdays!

From Monday to Friday, you can avail the unli samgyupsal (pork) with hotpot and buffet for only 349 PHP. If you want to add beef in the promo, the price will be 399 PHP. SULIT DIBA?!

The weekend price of this promo is: 399 PHP (pork only), 499 PHP (pork and beef), and 549 PHP (all beef).

Aside from this, they also offer desserts and drinks inside. Note that these are not included in the promo. For the desserts, you can buy 3 ice cream and you’ll get 1 Melona for free.

This promo of Sodam is really a deal! Go visit Sodam and you’ll surely enjoy dining here. I really enjoyed cooking ramen and meats. Plus, it’s the first time I dined in a restaurant like this. You can have unlimited samgyupsal, hotpot, and buffet in one! The owner and staff were very accommodating. I noticed the owner helping the customers inside cooking their ramen or samgyupsal. So kudos to them!
