It’s our first time in Tondo and we must say that if you’re up for some food adventure, then visit Juan Luna Street, Gagalangin in Tondo, Manila. There are many food establishments that are perfect for us foodies.
And for our first stop, we went to Whisper with Wings. They are located on the 2nd floor of Mang Nato’s Tapsilogan. It is near St. Joseph Church and in front of Villarica Pawnshop.
They offer unlimited wings, unlimited fries, unlimited rice, and unlimited juice for only 250 PHP (updated rate as of February 2021).
The wings are quite bigger than others. For the wings, you can choose from the following flavors:

Our favorites were the Jalapeno Truffle, Pinoy Style BBQ, Garlic Mayo, and Crispy N’ Dip.

For the fries, you can choose between Cheese, BBQ, and Sour Cream. You can also mix 2 flavors on one plate.
For the ambiance of the place, we find it cool because of the retro vibes inside and it has cool backdrops on the wall.
BIRTHDAY PROMO
Birthday celebrant can eat for FREE as you have a valid ID to present as proof. You can avail the birthday promo on the day of your birthday.
They also have a leftover charge of 20 PHP per wing. Then another 20 PHP per 50 grams of fries. And another 20 PHP per cup of rice so be careful about having leftovers.
Children below 3 ft. is for FREE and should be accompanied by one full paying adult each. Senior citizens and PWDs with IDs will only be charged 200 PHP per person.

This is literally your one-stop-shop! Imagine eating your favorite flavored wings, fries, rice, and drinks…and it’s UNLIMITED! Just a note they are not accepting reservations thru text or call. This is strictly a first-come, first-serve basis. The time limit is a maximum of 2 HOURS.

Nalito ako when I saw the title, haha! I was wondering why the featured photo was different from what I expected, but very, very catchy name for a resto. Mukhang masarap ha, pero ang layo naman…Tondo. Sayang, free pa naman ang birthday celebrator, hehe.
The restaurant’s brand name reminds me of a commercial way back in 90s.. Anyway, 250 pesos for a meal is a good deal! Seeing 4 stars on your ratings means that this restaurant has a good potential to be next big thing like Inasal…
Whoa! Unli everything for just Php250! I also like that they have more than 10 choices of flavors for their chicken wings. And yes, what a unique name for a foodie place.
